Eiland bestaat uit een reeks van 16 modulaire blokken,
die samen in een vierkant van 320cm bij 320cm bij 40cm hoogpassen, en 8 gehackte Ikea tafels. De blokken worden gebruikt als expo-displays, zitmeubelen, podium, toog,
tafels, flyer-displays, ...
in de open zaal van de Brakke Grond in Amsterdam.
Ze nodigen bezoekers en het personeel van de Brakke Grond uit om actief met de ruimte om te gaan.

Eiland consits of a series of 16 modular building blocks, to be used as benches, exposition displays,
tables, ..., and 8 hacked Ikea tables. The blocks fit in a square of 320cm by 320cm by 40cm high.
They function as interventions in the open hall of the Brakke Grond in Amsterdam.
They inspire visitors and the staff to get creative and playful with the space.
